Scarcing of water resource is a cosmopolitan problem. Whereas our country has limited water resources, average occupation is 1/4 of the international occupation. On statistic, China is the one of twelve deficient water countries. With the progress of city industrialization, developing of industry and agriculture and increasing of population, a great deal untreated water is drained into lakes. This will result in N, P enrich ,algae abundant, water color green or brown strongly, smell odorous in these receiving water. In the end water is eutrophicated. Anyway there has been an alarm to human being of the crisis of water pollution..New prevention and cure countermeasure should be researched to eliminate eutrophicated pollution. At the same time cutting off polluted headwaters, ecosystem balance should be resumed as soon as possible. Biotechnology is considered to be an important way of preventing and curing natural water pollution and 21st century's late-model technology because this technology is effective, rapid, simple, no second pollution etc.Addictive microorganism is an compulsive measure to resume water biological balance. It's feasible for adding microbes into city lakes water to treat europhicated water. Addictive microorganisms can degrade pollutants of water, play down turbid extent, refiain algae developing.The content of this paper is researching ameliorating water quality using microorganisms through a small quantity of water (4L), moderate water(50L) and nature lake.The dry material of bacteria is about five in a thousand of culture liquor. At the precondition of preserving bacteria alive and dormancy, temporality bacteria are not impressible with PH, temperature, nutrition and so on. Once the condition is appropriate, bacteria can in possession of life. This will be convenient to transport, conserve and use. Microbe dehydrate at lower temperature (50-60℃) reduct of weight above 98% in inert particles fluidized bed. The solid and liquid bacteria have same effect of purifying water effects. The results of the experiment show:1) Using compound bacteria to prevent eutrophication is useful, turbidity content average removal is 50%~60%, nitrate is 60%~70%, COD and chl-a removals are 65% and above 80%, DO content arises from 1 to 7mg/L.2) Products of solid superior strain provided by inert particles Fluidized bed are alive after being conserved for 18 months; The removing efficiency of each index is correspond with liquid superior strain. This technology is convenient to ameliorate polluted water for using addictive microorganism.
