| Based on the study of the growth of the three oceanic economic algae, N.aculata, Platymonas sp., T.tetrethele in co-culturing condition, the respective relationship of every two of them has been researched into. The analysis of resistance paves the way for the comprehensive and thorough study of Allelopathy. A series of experiments are carried out to grope for possibility of the optimal cultivation of algae and the biologic control in anti-vibrio. Result of the experiments not only provide a basic material for protection of environment but also for the study of biologic variety. Meanwhile, it is expected to provide scientific data for the academic study on the mutual effect of different algae and the theoretic study of anti-vibrio.According to the experiment, under the condition of co-culture, it was indicated that the racial mutual resistance effect was evident between N.oculata & Platymonas sp. and N.oculata & T. tetrethele. It was noted from the research that Platymonas sp. and T. tetrethele were both more competitive than N.oculata. It was indicated from the experiment that, under the darkness stress, the co-culturing N.oculata & T. tetrethele growed better than pure culturing, and the cell SOD activity was lower than that of pure culturing, nevertheless, the situation under the normal culture and early-darkness-then-normal culture conversed. However, darkness intimidation made against the growth of N.oculata and T. tetrethele, the cell SOD activity increased gradually. Whatever kind of culturing ways, the fact showed that Early-darkness-then-normal was most in favor of the growth of N.oculata, the cell SOD activity decreased moderately, cell number increased .The five-day-darkness-stress didn't hurt the algae cell, and after releasing the stress , N.oculata growed better than before. It showed that there exist overcompensation in N.oculata .On the contrary, normal culture was good to the growth of T. tetrethel. And it's showed that N.oculata and T. tetrethele inhibited the growth of low-inoculative-density vibrio and high-inoculative-density vibrio whether under co-culture or under pure culture. Meanwhile, N.oculata and T. tetrethele with pure cultureing growed better than those growed under co-culture. Thelow-inoculative-density vibrio accelerated the growth rate of N.oculata which was in the phase of exponential growth, but inhibited the growth of T. tetrethele which was in the same phase. The high-inoculative-density vibrio inhibited the growth of N.oculata and T. tetrethele. |
