| Based on the systematic analysis of the research results on the leachate characteristics and its treatment methods at home and abroad,from the point of view on the nitrogen removal by pretreatment ,non-biological treatment,biological treatment (it includes Anaerobic treatment,Aerobic treatment,Anaerobic-Aerobic treatment) and the recirulation technology of leachate.the paper summarized the research results of the new treatment process,it is convinced that the leachate treatment process developed from removing the heavy matal and CODcr unilateral to removing the CODcr and TN at the same time .It put forward higher requirement on the selection of the treatment process.Because the single pood SBR thechnics have the advantage on the removal of the organic matters and its flexible operate form which can be adopted to the nitrogen removal of the system,the paper put forward the ammonia stripping pretreatment combined SBR biological treatment technics to treat the later period leachate of the Wuhan Liufang landfill ,And take this technics as the continue graranted technology of the recirulation technology of leachate.In the pretreatment experiments course, it was studied emphasize on the confirmation of the dosage of lime in the PH adjusted course,and studied on the change rules of the NtV?N , PH and Aklalinity followed the stripping time.The results showed that the best dosage of lime was 10g/l, and when the room temperature was 25 ℃ , controlling the ratio of the gas:water to 3000,the best time of removal of the NH/ 桸 is four houres, about 85% of ammonia removal could be obtained. It can make the ratio of C/N =8 and accord the condition of the Nitrification and Denitrification.In the SBR treatment course, it was studied the ability of the removal of the CODcr and the nitrogen from four sides such as the cultivating bacterium .tradition SBR treatment, single grade A/O model SBR treatment and the double grades A/O/A/O model SBR treatment. The research analysed the change rules of the NH4+ - N ,aklalinity,PH,DO and CODcr in a cycle.The results showed that the double grades A/O/A/O model SBR treatment have the apparent function on Nitrification and Denitrification.and have better funcation on the removal of CODcr than the other treatment system. At the same time, the paper introduced the Nitrification and Denitrification mechanism of the microbe treatment system combined the experiment results. At the same time, the author scrutinized the abundantmicrobe phase by microscope .Finally, Based on the biological treatment ,the author put forward a deep treatment technology and suggested a new treatment technology which is composed of recirulation , ammonia stripping pretreatment ,SBR, flocculation .the paper also analyses characteristics, investment and operation cost of the new process. |
