Electrochemical sensor,the chemical sensor that translate detecting signal into electric signal by electrochemical effect,is the maturest one in chemical sensors.The fields it includes and uses in are very widely.This thesis mainly studied the application of electrochemical sensors for drug and nucleic acid analysis.About the application of electrochemical sensors for drug analysis,the thesis researched and developed all-solid-state penicillin electrode cards applying the principle of potentiometric electrochemical sensors.The designed electrode cards Ⅰ,Ⅱ had different frames, almost all their Nernst response range, average slope and linear correlations were 1.00×10-3~1.00×10-1mol/L ,over 50 mV/pC and greater than 0.999, they should be used in pH 6.6~7.4.Comparing the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the electrode cards could be used in actual analysis.Influences associated with electrode cards' performance including electroactive materials, temperature and stirring were investigated, and the selectivity of the electrode cards was determined by differential solution method. Experimental results showed that when the concentration of electro-active material exceeds 4%, the electrode cards' responses were of no significant difference. It also showed that temperature had effect on the electrode cards' slope, while stirring could decrease response time. Different substances had different effects on different electrode cards. But for ampicillin electrode card, the effects of all the listed substances were too small to be considered.About the the application of electrochemical sensors for nucleic acid analysis, the thesis analyzed DNA by AGA2000(its key part was piezoelectric sensor chip).Being the initial stage of clinical application,it were mainly used in the gene analysis of HBV and TB.The ranges of HBV and TB detection were 1.585×102~7.943×105Copy/μl and 1.361×102~8.257×105Copy/μl.Comparing the detection result of AGA2000 and PE5700,the result indicated: their detection ranges as near as made no difference,and the detection range of AGA2000 could be extended;The accordance result of negative and positive is very good;The two methods had no marked differentia according to the t-test.The two response models the thesis concluded could be not only applied in clinical detection,but also applied in the studies of hybridizing kinetics and thermodynamics. The thesis immobilized two different probes in one chip which used in detection,it made foundation of detection to muti-genes in one chip.Finally,the thesis discussed the application foreground of electrochemical sensors for drug and nucleic acid analysis.
