The wastewater of dye do great harm to environment. because of the compose of wastewater are very complex and not easy to be degraded ,so the treatment of wastewater should be studied colligately . The emphasis of treatment focus on the reduction of content of organics, and the reduction of chroma of wastewater, and improve the biochemistry availability. Combined with the CD-R dye manufacture ,the study focus on the wastewater of CD-R dye, including flocculation,iron-carbon micro-electroanalysis, Fenton reaction and Photo-Fenton reaction with visible light. The study contain many aspect as follows: the factor that effect the flocculation, such as the category of flocculant ,the quantity of cast, the value of PH, some factors effect the micro-electroanalysis were studied ,including value of PH, the activation of scrap iron, the granularity of scrap iron. the quantity of cast of activated carbon, and the aeration time, some factors effect the Fenton reaction and Photo-Fenton reaction with visible light: the content of Fe2+, the value of PH, the effection of microbial domestication and the concentration of organic are discussed. Two aggrandizement active sludge treatment were discussed, including PACT and aerobic-anaerobic SBR treatment, some data were seem as guideline such as CODCr , chroma and BOD, the process of organic degradation were analysised with UV violet-visible light and GC-MS, the mechanism also be discussed. The study indicate: different treatment phase has it's respective character and the affective factor. dosage flocculant ;the quantity of cast, the value of Ph and the cast manner, the scale of PH in 8-11and the temperature between 5-30℃ have good effect. micro-electroanalysis can bring some fresh H, it can take place some oxidation and reduction reaction with the compose of wastewater ,destroy the color structure ,at the same time ,with the effect of coagulation ,adsorption ,electrodeposit, electrochemistry, the COD and the chroma were effective removed, and the ratio of BOD/COD were increased .the system of Fe2+/H2O2,Fe3+/H2O2and Fe3+/H2O2/ visible light are a kind of non-selective reaction with hydroxide radicale, visible irradiation can effective enhance the degradation rates.utlize visible light in reason can accelerate the decompose of organic and discoloration .and promote the mineralization of the organics. the rates of degradation directly lies on the rate of H2O2 decompose to hydroxide radicle, Fe2+ can promote the rate of decomposition. the best PH value is 2.9, have no relationship with concentration of pollutants. The cultivation and domestication of microbial can improve the effect ionof treatment, the organics treated with micro-electroanalysis and Fenton reaction were wipe off and transformed partly, the effectors were obviously increased. though the wastewater were contain complex organics, but the degradation by microbe were accord with Monod kinetics model, also deduce the kinetics formula of the two wastewater;Some possible mechanism have been proposed.Through aggrandized technics before biochemistry treatment, study , the chroma of wastewater was partly removed and the biochemistry availability of the wastewater were improved. Ultimately attain discharge standard.
