Abstract/Summary:
The thesis consists of two parts: l.Resesrch and synthesis of a new type cathode clectrophoretic coating; 2. Effect of filling nanometer silica on properties of photocurable resin.1. A new type cathode electrophoretic coating was synthesized. Its main component is cationic polyacrylates resin with multi-hydroxy groups. The curing reaction of blocked isocyanates and amino resin with cationic polyacrylates was studied. The article is focused on discussion of the factors influencing the curing reaction, such as hydroxy building unit of polyacrylate, mole percent of hydroxy group, different curing agent, content of curing agent and content of catalyst. The cathode electrophoretic coating which cures at 145C with excellent properties was gained.
