Using the theory of systematic engineering , this paper studies the theory and method of system-designing in rock-engineering,drawing out three field of system-design in rock-engineering :objective field,designing result field and constructive field and establishing the system thinking frame implemented in the analysis and evaluation of tongsankou open-mine slope system , which become the foundation for the next studies .In view of complexity and indefinite of actual mine system combined with the mine's fact , this paper studies the slope system of tongsankou by using the concept and method of system analysis,builds up the system's ISM, which reflects the relation of major elements which influence the stability of mine slope.Based on the ISM of slope-system and Bieniawski's rock level relied on the total mark and the evaluation-table of rock-quality ; This paper determines the quality level and mechanics parameter of the slope rock in tongsankou's iron mine by using fuzzy-level-analysis and fuzzy-model- discerning .and obtains a valuable mathematics method dealing with the mechanics parameters of rock.In accordance with the changing and indefinited character following time and space of the parameter in system designing,this paper reachs an accurate result of the safe coefficient by means of using compute simulant technology ; Furthermore, this paper carries on the reliability analysis for the designing-method of slope-engineering through applying the theory of reliability, which give a guarantee for the implement of the schedule in slope-system...
