Establishing The Evaluation System Of Cigarette Quality Score

In cigarette quality management,the quality evaluation method determines whether the quality level of the finished products and the semifinished products can be reflected objectively,accurately and rapidly in production. This article gives an analysis and research on problems that exit in the quality evaluation in cigarette-making enterprises. Directing against the defects of the older evaluation method and according to the characters of cigarette products,the author combines the 6-Sigma quality management theory and the statistical technology with his years of practice experiences in quality management and establishes an evaluation system of entity quality score. That is,in every different process the key items that well represent the product quality levels should be found out first,and then the proportion and the grade of each item will be defined separately according to their importance through some methods like Layer-Analysis,Synthesis-Assess,Standard-Deviation,Liner Regression Analysis,etc. Different grades are set different coefficients. Each proportion multiplying its coefficient makes the single score of each item. The amount of all the single scores makes the total quality score. This makes it possible to reflect the entity quality,quality improvement and technology level of each production process accurately and rapidly. It will be easier for the employees to take adjustment responding to the feedback of the market. It is adaptive to daily quality management.The research on establishing brand-new quality evaluation system should be taken deeply into all the workshops,working procedures and technology processes in tobacco enterprises. The use of it makes the results of the quality evaluation be suitable for checking and implementing the policy of "Higher salary for better quality". And it can also help improve the employees quality awareness and enthusiasm and enhance process control. It establishes a good base of stabilizing and bettering the product quality,fully meeting the customers requirements,and bringing the enterprises good benefits.
