Crepe Effect Recognition And Control

To normalize crepe effect in manufacture, a new technology, which can be used to control crepe effect in the finishing process, is put forward in this paper.The detail study in searching for the new technology as follows in this paper:Based on analysis of the mechanism yielded crepe effect, seek a suitable way to extract the source of the recognize-control information; establish the characteristic value system of the information through recognizing the information; analyse the change rule of the fabric structure during the process of stentering to form a geometrical model which can be used to simulate the process of crepe control, and do experiments to testify the feasibility of the model.On the basis of analysis and experiments as the above, the technology of crepe effect control is verified and can be applied in the finishing process of manufacture is put forward in this paper.
