The article studies the synthesis process of the silicone intermediate in detail and successfully chooses the catalysis system, monomer and the proportion of the synthesis . At the base of those, the epoxy-silicone resin of different proportions resins are synthesized. Through the experiments the appropriate synthesis temperature and synthesis time are included besides the other process conditions. Moreover , the studies also describe how the modified proportion of the epoxy and silicone resins effects the temperature resistance and other mechanical properties and how the expected epoxy-silicone resin which has excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance is made .When the proper curing process is designated the coating which stands the vapour with high pressure of 1.0MPa and high temperature of 200~250C is made which includes the expected epoxy-silicone resin and the appropriate pigment and filler which tolerate the high temperature .The results show that the synthesized epoxy-silicone resin has excellent temperature resistance and mechanical property by the DSC curve and other property measures . The coating can stand the vapour with high pressure and high temperature (250C,1.0MPa) 72hrs and can continue to stand 3% NaCl with temperature 95 "C 324hrs.The surface has no little babbles and no rusts but remains smooth and glossy.
