The main purpose of this paper is discovering the effect of different material, proportions of waste rubber powder to plastics .process parameters ,crosslink system ,compatibilization system on the properties of waste rubber/plastics thermoplastic elastomer ,and producting high quality dynamic valcanization blending thermoplastic elastomer used waste rubber powder and plastics as materials.Through experiments, at first, discovered that the technological process which waste rubber powder was elastomers is better. And then the properties of thermoplastic elastomer made by blending waste rubber powder with four different plsatics, such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PP were compared. The results showed that the thermoplastic elastomer used waste rubber powder and HDPE as materials is better. So the HDPE was selected as the plastic material. After the materials were selected, the effect of different proportions waste rubber powder to plustics, blending process parameters, crosslink system, compatibiliztion system on the thermoplastic elastomer were studied. And the microstructure characteristic of the thermoplastic elsatomer were analyzed by the metheds of infrared spectra, differential thermal analyzed and SEM The conclusion as follows: the thermoplastic elastomers producted under the 50:50 of propartions of waste rubber powder to plastics, and 170℃ of blending temperature,and 7min of blending time is better,the best crosslink system is S/DCP (S account for 0.6%, DCP account for 0.8%),the best compatibiliztion system is EVA(account7%). Through the analysis of microstructure characteristic ,all die reactions occurred during the process were testifide.
