Abstract/Summary:
Base on the problems of the water-film dust collector in Niangziguan power plant. The paper conduct a comprehensive investigation and test in them. Some technical improvement is made, and is successfuully applied in the site. The results of operation shows that the efficiency of the new dust collector reaches 94. 28%-95. 06%. The density of the exhaust flue gas is 1003. 45flig/ffl3. The S02 density of the exhaust flue gas is 665ppm. The resistance of the new water-film dust collector is in between 1420-1450 Pa. Air leak is in between 2. 95%-3. 25%, and water consumptions is economic. It's obviously useful for increasing the economical and society benefits.Li Chunsheng (power engineering) Direct by prof.
