| Currently, the master reason of high costs in petroleum exploitation is more consumed energies, because the rod-pumping units pump continuously and long time in low efficiency. The management of oil fields has taken measures to economize energy and increase the output of oil.In this thesis more measures saving energy used in oil fields and their characteristics has been described. The new measure economizing electric energy has been proposed on the AC regulator and frequency conversion timing and pump-off controller. The systems are composed of single-chip microcomputer and several kinds of interface circuits and control the voltage to run after the change of load. In the thesis, the detecting of current and voltage, selecting the sensor, designing peripheral circuit of microcomputer, power-semiconductor component, control circuit, trigger circuit and testing the software have been described in the more detail. Meanwhile, the systems have some hardware and software for the remote communication of pumping uni't and the starting softly of the motor. |
