This paper has proceeded literature summary, through the research status of the polymer composites and the apiece composition. In this paper, it has ensured the preparation process of particle with gradation enhanced polyurethane modified epoxy composites and has tested the relative properti- es of the solidified polyurethane modified epoxy substance, including cut- resistance, cross-resistance, strike-toughness. According to the experiment datum, the thesis considered it is rational to act as the composites basement. Through the simulation of slurry pump actual operation circumstance, this paper has proceeded erosive wear of composites sample, and has chosen the composites that take on the best properties with erosive resistance (A1203 particle weight ratio is O.135mm-O.200mm: O.lOOmm-O.O7lmm=3:l; the weight ratio of polyurethane modified epoxy: Al203 particle with gradation =1:1.1. First of all, the paper designed the coating mould of impeller, according to the need of coated impeller surface; secondly, smeared impeller based on detail process; thirdly, compared different result that resulted from the different methods (handwork and mould-weight filling); fourthly, ascertained a optional smearing plan; fifthly, put forward several options to the development of the polymer composites; lastly, the study elicited conclusion.
