Waste water of molasses is one of the main pollution sources of the sugar refineries. Many attentions have been paid to the environmental pollution resulted from it. In our previous study,we found that there is a strong induction for producing cellulase by waste water of molasses. So in this thesis, we go deep into this discovery. We found that the effect of inducing cellulase is best under such optimum conditions as ratio of bagasse to bran 3:2, ratio of solid materials to waste water 1:2, waste water concentration 20° Bx,initial pH5.0, cultivation time 4.5 days, adding nitrogen source into waste water of molasses is good to induce cellulase. And we carried out further research about this inducer. It is purified by centrifuge, dialysis, chromatography of Sephadex G-25 and ion exchange. By HPLC and IR analysis,we ascertain that this substance is a saccharide. It consist of Glu, Fru and Xyl by the ratio of 6:3:1...
