| A series of novel polymers with conjugated structure have better property in charge transportation, such as polypyrrole, polyaniline and et. They抣l get good conductivity after proper doping. But the special chain structure leads to poor stability and processability , which limits its widespread application. After consulting a great deal of literature, according to the present situation, we pay attention to PPy, try to induce nanoparticles silica and clay into organic/inorganic system to prepare PPy/Si02 and PPy/clay nanocomposites by chemical polymerization. Expecting to improve its mechanical property and the conductivity decreases not too much. The details are as follows: (1) To PPy/SiO, nanocomposite, from the consideration of simplify its process, increase its conductivity, lower the consumption, discuss the system of water and ether in order to find the influence of medium to its morphology and conductivity. (2) Silica was modified by coupling agent, the influences of the amount and the change before and after the use were discussed. Among them the conductivity of PPy/1%APS-Si02 is38.46S/cm, which is the highest in public report. (3) Optimize the preparation condition from synthetic and process conditions. The main optimum factors are the amount and the sorts of the oxidizer, the amount of silica, doping agents, molding pressure and et al. (4) To PPy/clay nanocomposite, a tentative synthetic method was discussed; monomer was first incorporated into the layer of clay and then polymerize under the presence of oxygen. (5) Try to find the influence factor to the conductivity from chemicaj composition, doping extent and morphology via FT-IR, elemental analysis, TGA, XPS and four-probe measurement and try to find the conductivity mechanism on the base of it. |
