This paper is to study the main problem which restrict the raising of solvent-extractioneffciency, including that permeability of material is poor by rolling pretreatment, morepowders emerging from extrusion-pretreatment would stick to the screen. It also searches forthe way to solve these problems and probe its mechanism. Because some of most properprocess factors which predecessors resarched approach ranges, it need to further probe themost proper process factors on the extruder by determining ranges again.First, appropriating shearing stress of extrudate of soybeans ,NSI of protein of extrudateafter solvent-extraction, the residual oil ratio and unease activity level for target,We study newtechology of extrusion pretreatment. Selecting diameter of die nozzle, extrusion temperature,moisture of material and speed of screw for parameters; Putting to use the experimentalmethod of the quadratic orthogonal rotating combinatorial design, we found uponmathematical equation by regression analysis, discovered the law of influence of parmeter ofsoybean extrusion system on target and found out the most process faactors on the extruder.Second, it synthetically analyzes the coherence between the changing of the character ofprotein and shearing stress of extrudate. It also discoveries the law of influence among thesetargt,give out the best processe parameters(diameter of die nozzle is llmm;extrusiontemperature is 73℃;moisture of material is 11%; of screw is 266r/min and severalavailable composing parameters in producing practice.Third, it synthetically compared the target of the residual oil ratio, NSI and energyconsumption, that we applied pretreatment techology including extrusion studying in thispaper, rolling and now existing extrusion. We established.We established new preteatment technology ofextrusion of crashed soybean.At last, applying technology of paraffin wax section, We studied the two technology ofpretreatment after soybeans were extruded and rolled preteatment. It point out that the cells ofextruded soybeans were broken completely, its fat was accumulated and it brought outcapillary in extrudate because of the moisture evaporates rapidly after the soybeans wereextruded to die nozzle,which is the true reason of shortening the time of oil solvent extractionand low-residual oil ratio.
