At present, water resources and environmental protection are important issues in our country. With the continuing exploitation of oil fields and development of oil production technology, ASP (Alkali-Surfactant-Polymer) Flooding Technology has been promoted for its high efficiency and low cost characteristics. Due to the high emulsification degree, high viscosity and small oil droplets of ASP Flooding Produced Water, the original treatment process is not suitable for ASP Flooding Produced Water treatment. Thus, a large number of water drainage and environmental pollution are caused by the waste water. It's of great significance to study ASP Flooding Produced Water treatment technology for development of ASP Flooding Technology.The stability of the colloidal in waste water is enhanced by strong hydrophilic and high viscosity of polyacrylamide (PAM), which to the removal of oil droplets and suspended solids. So the critical technology of ASP Flooding Produced Water treatment is removing PAM. In view of the characteristics of PAM, electro coagulation - flocculation is used to pretreat ASP Flooding Produced Water in this article. And diatomite was modified by inorganic coated-precipitation method to prepare positively charged filter material. This filter material was then used to further remove PAM and suspended solids in pretreated ASP Flooding Produced Water by fine filtering goes againstIn this article, the related technical parameters and factors of the electro coagulation - flocculation were analyzed by investigating removal rate as of PAM. The conditions of are as follows: the initial pH value is 7, current density is 49.57A/m2, electrode spacing is 1.2cm, concentration of PAC and NaCl is 446.40mg / L and 150mg / L , electrolysis time is 2.5h.Diatomite was modified by inorganic coated-precipitation method in this paper to increaseits specific surface area and isoelectric point. The selection experiments of modified filter material was based on the adsorption of PAM on modified filter material. The optimized filter material was prepared by taking 1mol / L of AlCl3 as the modifying agent, and the reaction pH value was 9. After modification, the specificsurface area increased to 106.79 m2/ g, the isoelectric point rose to 9.8, the removal rate of PAM was 86.78%. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the modified filter material. It shows that surface roughness of the modified filter increased and the diatomite was coated with alumina by Si-O-Al bond . The mechanism of inorganic coated modification is the modifying agent binding with the diatomite by hydroxyl dehydration condensation reaction.
