| With the extensive application of titanium in the field of ships, the galvanic corrosions between titanium and other metal materials are unavoidable. In this paper, the technologies of electrokinetic potential polarization curves,Environmental Scanning Electronic Microscope(ESEM),Energy Dispersive Analysis System of X-ray(EDAX)and galvanic corrosion experiments were used to evaluate the corrosive nature of TA2 in different environmental factors, and the galvanic corrosion behaviors between TA2 and other different system of pipes coupling in seawater of different velocities under different area ratios of cathode/anode were analyzed, the microcosmic corrosion appearances of the materials were observed, and also the galvanic corrosion disciplines were investigated. The influence of different resistance values on galvanic corrosion was investigated, and the electric insulation criterions between TA2 and other pipage materials were gotten.The corrosion resistance of TA2 in different environment factors was extremely well. In the experimental condition, when the concentration of NaCl was 1.5%, pH value was 5, the temperature was 20℃and after TA2 was soaked in seawater for 240 hours, the surface film of TA2 was the most dense full, the corrosion resistance was the best.When TA2 were directly coupled with TUP red copper,B10 copper-nickelalloy,H62 brass and B30 copper-nickelalloy, TA2 served as cathode and it was protected, the other pipage metarials served as anode and the corrosion rate accelerated; the corrosion rate of the four pipage metarials increased with the raising of the area ratios of cathode/anode; TA2 and the other four metal materials could not directly couple together, and there must be a masure to control the galvanic corrosion.When the insulating resistance value was 56K?, there was still some galvanic corrosion action between the couple of TA2-TUP in the static seawater, however, the current density of the couple could be ignored in the flowing seawater. The steady coupling current density of the couples of TA2-B10 and TA2-B30 were extremely low and they could be ignored when the resistance value was 56K?. In steady seawater, 56K?, there was still some galvanic corrosion between the couple of TA2- H62, but in flowing seawater and 56K?, the galvanic corrosion could be ignored. |
