In industrial production, the major failure form of material or structure is fatigue damage, so the study of its strength and life is the main content of strength and reliability research. In medicine, the treatment of teeth defects and loss is still mainly based on the use of a variety of natural materials and artificial materials to restore the form and function of the damaged part. Ceramics plays an important role in the application of dental restorative materials, because of its good performance. The fatigue property of ceramic materials is a new topic urgent to learn and research. The purpose of this study is to establish the method of performance evaluation system for Fatigue reliability of dental ceramics with the help of fatigue reliability theory and technical.The paper has studied the fatigue reliability performance of Shofu feldspathic porcelain, Shofu feldspathic porcelain is commonly used materials on dental repair in medicine. The paper uses Hertz contact theory to describe and simulate the situation of the oral prosthesis. according to Hertz contact fatigue test,we can get the Life under different loads , Hertz contact theory is used to calculate the Life under different stress. the median stress-life curve of the Shofu feldspathic porcelain is fitted by method of least squares (S-N curve), the normal distribution of the fatigue life is checked in the same stress level, it is testified that the fatigue life of the prosthesis submit the normal distribution. On the base, P-S-N curve of different reliability is fitted. According to the numerical calculation method in this paper, P-S-N curve reckon equation of the Shofu feldspathic porcelain can be got. using the reckon equation, the fatigue life of the random reliability can be got straightly, so, the theory can be provided about the design standard of the prosthesis and safe life evaluation.
