The Research On The Experimental Spinning Machine Of Wool Keratin Fibrosis Regeneration

Wool fiber has many excellent and incomparable properties, these properties make wool textile has various unique style. But because of the limited resources of wool, which led to the development of wool fiber recycle. People have certain experiences of the development of natural fibers. So we can accord to development process of the others new fiber and the characteristics of wool keratin, developed a set of the biochemical spinning equipment which can be used to develop wool keratin fiber again。In this paper, based on various spinning methods and spinning machine characteristics, considering the character of wool keratin, wet spinning is more suitable for the spinning wool keratin solution method. This article do some research on the extract and dissolve of wool keratin and manufacturing wool keratin solution, then dialysising was to made pure keratin. Compared with other substances mix with keratin ability ,in the end using wool keratin blended with PVA, to meet spinning preparation. According to the requirement of wet spinning ,the solution of molecular weight, concentration and viscosity should meet the requirements . Then based on the wet spinning and working principle and the nature of the keratin,then through theoretical calculation, designed and produced an experimental wet spinning equipment. In the design process, the continuity and the degree of difficulty of manufacturing spinning parts, and also should considering the airtight between two parts. A complete set of wool keratin spinning machine is designed. In second part, we do some research on the mechanical properties of silk which acorossing this wet spinning equipment produced, we made conclusion that between wool keratin and PVA is still not get strong links, Along with the increase of the content of wool keratin ,the mechanical properties of silk were gradually declined. This kind of situation need further research. But these fibers of experiment with spinning machine spinning out, is basically meeting the design requirements. At last calculate the speed relations between the process of spinning machine .It is convenient for operation and lays the foundation of further study. But in the operating process, some problems have arisen. In the future, it is need for spinning machine gradually improved, then the effect of the fiber strength, fiber drying and solidification can be further ascent. This spinning equipment solved some problems which in factory large equipments's inconvenient .It is advantage for the development of new products and the theoretical research in laboratory experiments.
