The Polypropylene(PP) was Fluorinated by direct-fluorination method. The content of Fluorine in fluorinated polypropylene(FPP) was measured by EDS and the result illustrate the Fluoride content of the sample fluorinated 24h was 9.58%(mole percentage).The FPP/PP blends were prepared in the Hakke Mixture. The heat resistance property, mechanical properties, thermal properties and crystallization behavior were studied in this paper. After fedding of Fluorinated Polypropylene, the tensile strength and impact strength reduced. With the increase of the content of FPP, the Vicat softening point decreased after a short increase. The DSC curves of FPP/PP blends show two melting peaks after annealing. The lower melting peak is at 152℃while the higher melting peak is at 164℃. The ratio of the area of lower peak and higher peak was 7:5 while the content of FPP was 20%.The effect of FPP content on non-isothermal crystallization behavior and kinetics analysis of FPP/PP blends was investigated. It was observed that the crystallization peaks temperature were improved and the crystallization rates was decreased. The Mo method could finely describe the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of FPP/PP blends.The PP/EPDM/F-Graphite and PP/PDMS/F-Graphite blends was studied. The etching method and the polish method were introduced. The mechanical properties, hydrophobic properties and surface morphology were investigated. The result shows that the PP/PDMS/F-Graphite blends have the best performance, the WCAs was 148.2°while the WSAs was 6°, which the content of F-Graphite was 15phr.
