Study On Alcoholysis Reaction Of Vinyltrichlorosilane And Alcohol Or Methanol

Alcoholysis reaction of methylcyclohexyldichlorosilane by methanol was studied. Methylcyclohexyldimethoxysilane was synthesized.The effects of different N2flow,solvents,temperature and adding meterial were researched. And the appropriate reaction conditions were established.Alcoholysis reaction of vinyltrichlorosilane and alcohol or methanol was studied. Vinyltrimethoxysilane and vinyltriethoxysilane were synthesized. The effects of different solvents and reacting conditions such as temperature,N2 flow,adding material were researched.Hydrolysis reaction of methylvinyldichlorosilane by water was studied. The effects of different concentration of hydrochloric acid,ratio of methylvinyldichlorosilane and water were researched. And the appropriate reaction conditions were established.
