Known as"industry monosodium glutamate", the Organosilicon is one of the essential chemical new materials, and its products have widely applied in the national economy and the national defense construction by its outstanding performance. As one member, the polysiloxane is used in aviation, advanced technique and military technology department for its special performance, also in national economic departments such as: construction, electronic electricity, spinning and weaving, automobile, machinery, leather, paper making, chemical industry, metal and paint, medicine medical service and so on.Hydrogen-containing polysiloxane and modified silicone oil are used for cross-linking agent in addition silicone rubber, anti-yellowing agent, textile auxiliaries, building additives and so on. However, the series of top products are mainly relied on imports, the domestic products can't satisfy the high-end application fields for the technology and process. The domestic existing technologies and processes would be improved to synthesis series of high-end products. In this paper, the polymerization was occurred under the catalysts in the raw materials D4, D4H, and MM to get the hydrogen-containing polysiloxane which had a certain amount of H and viscosity. The effects of temperature, reaction time, the different proportion of raw materials, and other factors on the product were investigated to obtain the optimum reaction conditions.Experimental results show that when the sulfonated polystyrene resin is 5%, the reaction temperature is 65℃, and reaction time is 18h, production rate may above 90%. And the catalyst can be reused after treatment. Meaningwhile, using acidic resin instead of concentrated sulphuric acid as catalyst, can avoid the generation of sulfate and other side effects of produce; also reduce the corrosion of the equipment and waste water discharges. The Conventional silicone polyether, alkyl silicone oil are synthesized with toluene as the solvent, which makes their products with heavier toluene flavour, meanwhile removal solvent takes a lot of human and financial resources, and production efficiency is low. All that can't meet the cosmetic, food, medicine and other industries use.Then the hydrogen-containing polysiloxane material was reacted with allyl-terminated polyether and long chain olefins respectively to get polyether modified and alkyl modified silicone oil by using solvent-free method of synthesis. And the optimum reaction condition was determined by discussing the influence of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time and so on.The results show that: (1). the polyether activated catalyst, activated temperature is 65℃, activated time is 1.5h, can make the hydrosilylation finished in the absence of solvents under low-hydrogen containing polysiloxane. When the catalyst level is 1ppm, reaction temperature is 130℃, reaction time is 60mins, low cloud point of polyether modified silicone oil can be synthesized; (2). the influence of various factors were examined to get various Alkyl Phenyl modified silicone oil.The various modified Silicone oil were synthesized by solvent-free hydrosilylation, and the product performances are up to the solvent composition product standards, also production processes are simplified and the quality of products are well improved.
