Basing on detailed analysis of structure and principle of four-step braiding, designed a new type of braiding structure- adjacent braided structure, and invented the adjacent braided principle implemented a appropriate braided technology according to the new structure. Then tried to braid a series of performs such as rectangle cross-section perform, special shaped cross-section and warp-insertion perform using the adjacent technology. The characteristics of the adjacent structure were: each yarn of perform extended in the axial with a spiral-type polygonal line, only space twisted with the adjacent yarn around it with "hand in hand" approach. The yarns were relatively flat and straight opposed to whole body. The technical properties of the adjacent braided were: braided yarns were divided into two groups; interval arranged between groups, one isolated one arranged inner group. The cycle number of yarn movement was a flower ganglion resulted in a simple structure. The braided perform had stronger overall damage resistance than 4-step braided perform, the destruction of a single yarn would not make a significant impact on the use of entire braided, not to layer.
