| Molecularly imprinted technique (MIT) is a new technique for synthesis of macromolecular materials with molecular recognition capability and high affinity. It has shown particular advantages, such as predetermination, specific recognition and practicability and have been extensively used I ndetermining trace analytes in drug, biological, environmental samples and other relevant fields.Ciprofloxacin as a broad-spectrum quinolones antibiotics,is widely used in various infectious diseases and animal feed additives.Because of the improper use and incomplete metabolism, Ciprofloxacin residues remain in animal-derived food. However, the hazard effect of Ciprofloxacin residues results a threat to human health. Ciprofloxacin residues is an important part in food analysis. The Ciprofloxacin molecularly imprinted monolithic columns were synthesized by in-site polymerization. The effects of different functional monomers and the content of water in mobile phase on the separation were systematically investigated. And the prepared molecularly imprinted monolithic columns was applied to the separation of the ciprofloxacin from its analogues in animal plasma. The results show that under the optimized conditions the resolution of Norfloxacin and Ciprofloxacin is 4.64,the resolution of Levofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin is 2.47.The method had a good separation effect and can be used for Quinolones residues analysis in biological samples.Nicosulfuron as a sulfonylurea-herbicides,is widely used in agriculture. The concentration of these herbicides (sulfonylureas) is usually found very low in soil and food samples. Therefore,it is necessary to develop more efficient and robust pre-treatment methods to meet the need for detecting these herbicides. The Nicosulfuron molecularly imprinted polymer were synthesized by bulk polymerization. The influence factors such as solvent,cross-linker dosage and template dosage on its property have been discussed. The result showed: The best experimental condition is as fthe best mol proportion of template molecule: funetion monomer: cross -linker is 1:4:20.And adsorption time was 8h. The selectivity and binding characteristic of the polymers were studied by Scatchard analysis.Scatchard analysis showed that the MIP binds templates with two classes of binding sites. A polymer that had the highest binding selectivity and capability was used as solid-phase extraction(SPE) sorbents. The extraction protocol was optimized. The optimized MISPE protocol was:loading with 2 mL 10% the acetonitrile solution, washing with 2mL 20% acetonitrile solution and eluting with 3mL methanol. Under these conditions different concentrations (1~15μmoL/L) of Nicosulfuron could be recovered. The recoveries were between 75.9% to 96.6%,It was showed that the imprinted polymer has good affinity and marked selectivity for the template molecule, and can be used to determine the trace amount of Nicosulfuron in biological and environemtal samples. This methodology may be important for accurate investigation and determination of Nicosulfuron levels in the environmental and biological matrices. |
