| This paper mainly include three parts. Firstly, it introduces the application and development environment of the 3D model generation system considering of the tolerances. It presents a detailed design project by VB API, which is provided by Pro/E, and elaborates the hardware and software for developing the system.Secondly, it designs "the 3D model generation system which includes the dimensional tolerances". The paper studies a variety of probability distribution of random numbers algorithm. It combines the dimension of 3D model with the random number in different distribution probability. Then it is programmed to generate a random dimension of 3D model.Finally, it describes the expression of geometric tolerance 3D model. It combines the part of geometric tolerance with the 3D model. And it designs "the 3D model generation system which includes the geometric tolerance".The results of the research in this topic makes sufficient preparations for further study the fidelity of Virtual Prototype and the development of Pro/E modeling software, and makes a foundation for the fellow researcher. |
