The Research On Young Women S Breast Figure And Bra Wire

The size of the bra wire has been depended on the experiences in industrial production. In short of body data support, there are significant differences between the same size bra in different brands,which brought the troubles in marketing. In this condition, This topic take the breast, bra wire, and the relation between two as study objects.This paper dicuss the breast physiology from the anthropotomy angle, present the cause of the breast removability what is limited by skin, make sure the relation between breast outlines and bra wire. What has done in this step can offer guidance to bra wire design and choose; Pick up the breat outlines of 52 young women's nude breasts base on [TC]~2 body scanning instruments and imageware reverse engineering software, the result show that breast outlines were close to plane curve; Breast outline data were acquired and processed by SPSS software. Breast oulines were sorted to 4 types according to the different shape. Get the regression fomular between breast width, the arc length and the curvature radius of arc bottom point and the breast manipulative data(bust circumference, under bust circumference and the differencing between two ), which validate that make the bra wire size form main manipulative sizes in pattern design of bra is reasonable. For the complicated configuration of breasts, the R value in regression analysis is not high enough, which show that the method of make bra wire size from main manipulative sizes in pattern design has limitations, so the bra wire fitness should checked in bra choosing. Then have a try on test in different shape bra wire, result show that the fittest bra wire was different according to different breast outline shape, the body with smaller breast width and symmetrical type shape do not need the plastic function, while the body with lagger breast width and armpit extensity need marked plastic function, which means a 1cm-2cm reducing in breast width. In the end get a method to make sure the data of bra wire, give a suggestion that there should have a variety wire shape for a bra size, the wire shape and size should be displayed on production label.
