Huludao is an important open coastal city, has a long coastline and superior port site conditions. At the end of 2007 the State Council approval to implement the full liberalization of foreign vessels, New Huludao is planning to be Newport, of which the first phase construction of the "two miscellaneous" port is already in operation, the "two-Oil" has been basically completed terminal, a expansion in the construction period. The face of a large number of the port industry to move into the increase of heavy metal pollution sources and depositional environment changes, will inevitably lead to changes of heavy metals in sediments, but also may cause the release of pollutants of heavy metals secondary pollution. In this paper,10 surface sediments and enrichment in areas such as research has been study,and analysis evaluation of the Newport Sea surface sediments Huludao heavy metal pollution. The main contents are as follows:Analysis of the wicker Huludao Newport Harbor in May 2009 ditch sediment monitoring data, to examine the distribution of heavy metals, results showed that: the sea near the Bohai Shipyard, the highest content of heavy metals in sediment samples; sediment samples in the Cd, Zn, Hg exceeded the sediment criteria for a class. By comparing the April 2006 of the Newport Sea surface sediment monitoring data, and then with the Bohai Sea sediments compared to background values of heavy metals, studies show that Newport Cd in sediment samples has obvious elements of enrichment, followed by Pb, As and Zn have a certain degree of enrichment, the enrichment of other elements is relatively weak. Correlation analysis showed that, Zn and Cd in the distribution of significant relevance, Cu and Hg distribution also showed obvious positive correlation between the organic carbon content of metal elements with a positive correlation between the sulfur elements except As outside, and other heavy metals are also relevant.Take a variety of evaluation methods Huludao heavy metal pollution in the new port to evaluate the cumulative index to evaluate the use of Chinese sediments metal background values, the results show that, Pb and Cd elements of minor contamination, other elements are non-polluting; potential ecological risk evaluation used pre-industrial world's highest heavy metal background values of reference values, the results show that only S8 station is also close to the Bohai Shipyard and Sea Huludao Zinc Plant at medium risk level, the other stations are at low risk level. Finally, the mathematical simulation software MATLAB functions, built of heavy metals in the Newport area of water, sediments and organisms between the concentration distribution model, based on fugacity capacity of multi-media environment for system simulation model, enrich the waters of Newport on the Huludao.
