Process simulation technical is used to the model of the separating C5 process in the aim of optimization.Based on limited VLE date of DMF-C5 hydrocarbon system searched in literatures,UNIFAC Modified by Dortmund is used to predecit VLE relationship.And the result is satisfactorily agree with Estimated and Experiment value,then we establish a model for the key equipment-extractive distillation.At the same time,predistillation light column,predistillation heavy column,stripper,distillation light column,distillation heavy column, C5 distillation column,m-pentadiene distillation column, C6 distillation column,DCPD distillation column are setted up.According to simulation by Aspen Plus,we study each separate unit process,determine suitable processing operation conditions and equipment parameters,analyzes influence factors. For the complicated key equipment-extractive distillation,the influences of several main operation parameters such as theoretically perfect tray, reflux ratio, solvent/feed ratio,feed location on the separation process is studied.The optimization operation parameters are obtained which can be used to improve the separate process and guide significantly to energy saving.
