The Applied Research Of Organic Silicon As Corrosion Inhibitor

"Green and Evironment Fiendly" is the development direction of agent about water treatment. Developping water treatment agents what are provided with both high-performance and phosphorusless is the hotspot of researching. Organic silicon receives more attention because of many excellent characteristics.This paper studied the process of establishing and application scope about the organic silicon corrosion inhibitor compound formula systematically. Chooseing a new organic silicon product—Trimethoxysilane New Slicon Alkyl Quaternary Ammonium Salt, being the primarily corrosion inhibitor, combined the existing phosphorusless water treatment agents, according to the composite scheme of "inhibitor+zinc salt+anti-scaling dispersant", we screen out the compound formula with both excellent corrosion resistance performance and anti-scaling prformance.Experimental results show that:(1)DP8054 is a phosphorusless anti-scaling dispersant that is provided with both excellent stability zinc performance and scale inhibitor performance; (2)Trimethoxysilane New Slicon Alkyl Quaternary Ammonium Salt has good thermal stability and provids with excellent and stable corrosion inhibition to carbon steel as organosilicon corrosion inhibitor; (3)The compound formula composited with organic silicon, zinc and DP8054 has an excellent corrosion scale inhibition effect; (4)The compound formula can keep a steady performance on corrosion inhibition to carbon steel with the change of temperature, the best applicable range of pH is 8.5-9.5, under high concentration ratio, the compound formula has the ideal corrosion scale inhibition effect; (5)The mechanism research proof that the compound formula has good film-forming properties, membrane layer is intact and even, it has good protection to carbon steel.
