| The adsorption and, elution behavior of three modified polyamide and loding- polyamide resin for protein, resorcinol were studied in this artical .The phenols, quinone and nitro compound were adsorbed by polyamide which had a large amount of amide group. The oxygen and nitragen atom that combined proton of group adsorbed anion in acid medium by means of positive charge electrostatic attraction form. Adsorption ability and slectivity of modified , loding-polyamide were increased and adsorption behavior of them was studied with the static method and dynamic method.The results showed that the rate of adsorption of modified polyamide resin, loded arsenazoâ… - modified polyamide resin, loded Azocarmine B - modified polyamide resin for protein seperately increased by 20% to 85%, 93%, 95%. The static adsorption test indicated that the pH value of medium, the temperature of adsorption, the oscillation time were main factors that affect the rate of adsorption. In the dynamic adsorption, adsorption ability was affectted by current rate of adsorbate,concentration andadsorbent dosage by means of analyse penetrating curve of dynamic adsorption. Adsorption isotherm of three resins for protein were well in line with the Langmuir isotherm equation, absorption behavior of modified polyamide for protein was exothermic physical adsorption process and absorption behavior of loded arsenazoâ… -modified polyamide for protein and loded Azocarmine B-modified polyamide for protein were exothermic chemical adsorption process. The condition for elution was with the eluent after absorption, the protein recovery reached 90%.The modified polyamide had strong adsorptive capacity for resorcinol. The rate of adsorption of modified polyamide for resorcinol increased from 40% to 85% compared the modified polyamide with unmodified polyamide. Adsorption isotherm was well in line with the Freundich isotherm equation, absorption behavior was exothermic physical adsorption process.The adsorption ability was affectted by the pH value of medium, the temperature of adsorption, the oscillation time .The condition for elution was with the alkali after absorption, the protein recovery reached 99%. Because the common organic substance didn't affect the adsorption behavior of polyamide resin for resorcinol significantly, the polyamide could be used for waste water which cotained a lot of organic substance to preconcentrate and separate the resorcinol. |
