Since the tenth five years plan, in order to achieve stable production, Daqing oil field expand the scale of polymer flooding in the group one of Pu which is developed as the major oil layer in the Sazhong development zone. With the development and change in the polymer flooding development stage, some blocks have entered water flooding production phase completely, integral water content is over 95% and some wells even higher than 98%,and this area has been taken the well shut-in measures under this high water cut situation. With the extended production time, we can predict that the well pattern integral water content will reach 98% in the next four years and all of the wells will be shut down by then. We can see the remaining oil exploration space is getting smaller, but the present producing capacity of water flooding well pattern is so weak. The oil layer of Sa and Pu has entered a exploration phase with high water cut and the integral water content have reached 91.7%, it is inefficient in conventional measures and more difficult to tap the water flooding potential. We have to find a more efficient way to make sure the oil fields will have continuous rise in output. The exploration object of EOR has focused on second type oil layers and third type oil layers.This paper applied all kinds of dynamic and static data, fully understand the dynamic geologic character of secondary reservoir by analyzing the secondary reservoir block which have been applied polymer flooding at east block of north first block, SaZhong development area. This paper analyzed fully the change of parameter and target of single well and all block during polymer flooding. Summarizing the changing rule, by applied all kinds of feasible adjust methods to improve development effect, this paper give a good guide for other similar blocks and can enhance oil recovery for this kind of reservoir finally.Through the comparative analysis of the sedimentary characteristics, flooding characteristics, recovery percent of reserves, producing status, connectivity status of Beiyiquduandong and Beiyiquduanxi oil layers which are already put into operation, we can sum up the differences between the two second type oil layers which have the same property and the different polymer injection efficient by researching the rule of Beiyiquduandong polymer injection efficiency. We can draw up a polymer injection parameter Optimization standard of second type oil layer and making sure this field's efficiency is better than the others under the situation of this field has high recovery percent of reserves before taking the polymer injection measure, and this is very useful for improving polymer injection ultimate recovery of second type oil layer.
