Gangnan Reservoir is the surface water resources of Shijiazhuang, it provide water to industrial production and domestic using for the city. In recent years, the main pollution source of the reservoir is gradually changing from the original industrial pollution to the agricultural non-point source pollution caused by the excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers in agriculture. As the result of fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural chemicals increase inputs year by year around the area, total nitrogen and total phosphorus pollution contribution rate is on rise. It is very urgent for carrying research on Gangnan Reservoir surface water non-point source nitrogen and phosphorus pollution control, and for finding an advanced and suitable economic development model for water source protection areas. It is also very important for the regional economic development and ensuring the function of supplying. It is also a contribution to the sustainable development of our society.This paper based on the principles of Green Food, made full use of favorable conditions of local agro-ecological environment, established Green Food product technology and management model of regional development. And on the basis of the available technical data, the author predicted the environmental benefits of a new agricultural model. New management mode of Green Food production in Gangnan Reservoir is established, with the purpose of protecting and improving the ecological environment. First of all, the author through the data collection and fields investigation to analysis of agro-ecological and environmental pollution of Gangnan Reservoir area. At the same time, investigate nature, population, social conditions within the area and analyze the technical standards of Green food products to select a organic crop. On the basis of regional natural, the standards of Green Food production, and the basic information of Gangnan Reservoir protected zones to establish the local Green Food technology and management model. The technology model including soil fertility techniques, pest control, and weed control technology; Organic agriculture management model including the base construction, quality control, developing in-house order and the establishment of quality track systems.On the basis of the analysis of pollution sources in Gangnan Reservoir protected zones, the author had determined the main pollutants into the region are total nitrogen and total phosphorus. In accordance with the region's soil, topography, farming, precipitation, rain intensity, water infiltration and characteristics of hydrological parameters, the author select RUSLE model to Calculate of particulate pollution load.Combined that result with dissolved pollution load, the author had estimated the non-point source pollution load of Gangnan Reservoir water source protected zones. On the basis of investigation and analysis of the Gangnan Reservoir water quality, as well as in view of the Gangnan Reservoir's actual characteristics of the sources of pollution and other factors, the author choose Dillon model to predict the total nitrogen and the total phosphorus in Gangnan Reservoir.Then calculate the reduction concentration of Gangnan reservoir total nitrogen and total phosphorus in water by Green Food production. To quantitative describe the reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus which controlled by Green food production.By estimating non-point source pollution load and predicting total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the reservoir, we concluded that:The establishment of organic model is guidance for improving the overall technical level of region agricultural, at the same time it will protect the water quality of the reservoir effectively, then it could coordinated and balanced program of developing environmental and regional economic.
