Denim fabric has been well received by all sectors of the world people's favorite since incepted. Denim fabrics in textile trade is also a lagger proportion of share, however, when wearing jeans often subject various external force and environmental impact which from a variety of different kind of deformation, resulting in costumes aliasing, which seriously affected the appearance of clothing.Based on study of bagging experiments,the shape retention of impact factors denim fabric protection and a new characterization of bovine shape retention fabric protection indicators, and in-depth study of these factors and the various indicators of the relationship between the main contents are as follows:(1) In bagging experiment,found that bagging experiment on the basis of the specific design parameters is not clear.Denim shape retention of comprehensive evaluation are relatively large advantage, but the bagging experiment can only be simulated when the clothes wear deformation and bending deformation of the tensile on the crease does not take into account, and the bagging experiment is latituded and longituded to the uniform force while wearing cowboy clothes, when mainly by the larger force, so experiment for the use of anti-wrinkle, bending performance testing, tensile testing to replace reply experimental simulation of bagging a major deformation of denim fabrics.(2) The experiment chose the same yarn material,through controlling fabric weave,which was the only variable for designing denim fabric, to analyze its relation with denim fabric shape-retation index.It is that if the warp yarn density becom lager and weft yarn density beyond a density,the denim fabric's cockle recover ability will become weaker ,and the fabric tensility recover ability weaker ,too .But bending properties become stronger .These interpretates denim fabric's shape retention better .(3) The experiment chose the same yarn material,through controlling fabric weave,which was the only variable for designing denim fabric, to analyze its relation with denim fabric shape-retation index. Results showed that with the increasing cycle number of fabric weave, denim fabric `s crease resiliency ability became stronger,and tensile resiliency performance also shew better , while bending capacity went worse, all these results indicated that the shape-retation capacity of denim fabric became much better than before.(4) The experiment chose the same yarn material,through controlling fabric weave,which was the only variable for designing denim fabric, to analyze its relation with denim fabric shape-retation index.It is that if the warp yarn linear density becom lager,the denim fabric's cockle recover ability will become weaker ,and the fabric tensility recover ability weaker ,too .But bending properties become stronger .These interpretates denim fabric's shape retention becoming better .(5) Yarn density influence the denim fabric shape retention through changing the fabric's tightness.Yarn linear density influence the denim fabric shape retention through changing the fabric's tightness and thickness. Fabric weave influence the denim fabric shape retention through changing the fabric's thickness.So we can use tightness and thickness to evalute which denim fabric's shape retention is better.(6) We should selecte a lower yarn density and higher yarn linear density and 3/1 or3/2 fabric structrue to design fabric denim fabric, if limite the mechanical properties of denim fabrics.Denim fabric shape retention will be better.
