| In this article, we have establish formula to calculate the sensible heat factor and the heat transfer coefficient and the wetness factor by measuring the airflow temperature and humidity and atmospheric pressure and airflow rate in airway , basing on the fundamental principle of heat transfer between airflow and surrounding rock. And in-situ measurment is madebetween in transfixion airway and in developing roadway.The results show that: in general, the sensible heat factor of the coal's transfixion airway was distributed in a certain range, and the sensible heat factor of rock airway is more than coal's airway, and the range of sensible heat factor is 0.4~0.7 in rock airway , the range of sensible heat factor is 0.1~0.4 in coal's airway, the range of sensible heat factor is 0.2~0.4 in the inclined roadway, the range of sensible heat factor is 0.1~0.4 in the working face. The convective heat transfer coefficient of U-steel support semicircle-arch shaped airway is greater than I-beam support trapezoidal roadway at same air velocity. Both of them increase with the increase of airflow speed. The range of wetness factor is 0.01~0.06 in airway which is dry , And the range of wetness factor is 0.06~0.1 in airway which have some water in floor.Overall heat-transfer coefficient can be calculated by convective airflow speed in developing roadways.And overall heat-transfer coefficient increase with the increase of airway's airflow speed. |
