The development of knowledge economy promotes knowledge management. Knowledge transfer has become an important topic in knowledge-based economy. This paper studies the vertex weight of the efficiency of the knowledge transfer, because in the actual process of knowledge transfer, each person's knowledge, there is a difference between ownership, that is the point weight of different sizes, and whether the smooth knowledge transfer should take into account the knowledge feedback, so the knowledge transfer should be a not only the knowledge transfer, but also the knowledge to receive feedback.Studying from the discussion of knowledge management and edge weight and vertex weight of complex network , by the relationship between teachers and students abstract into vertex and edge, explains the vertex weight and edge weight of the practical significance and, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the calculation of the vertex weight ,and the final adoption of the linear regression model analysis of the relationship between the vertex weight product and edge weight, and the right to verify the point weight of impact on the knowledge transfer.Meanwhile, analysis on the knowledge transfer on the college teaching of the impact factors, and gives promoted college teaching efficient means of knowledge transfer. In demonstration part , through an empirical study of university mathematics teaching two classes in the actual situation of knowledge transfer, arrived at the vertex weight and edge weight in college teaching the knowledge transfer exists the relationship between increasing, that is, the vertex weight higher, then the edge weight higher; On the contrary, the edge weight lower.
