The Lunnan Oilfield is the first development of oil field in Tarim Basin. This oil field consists of well field No.1,well field No.26,well field No.2,well field No.3,well field No.10 and well field No.5 .The well field No.2 is the main producing area in the Lunnan Oilfield. The principal productive series of the Lunnan Oilfield include Triassic and Jurassic. And there are five oil measures, within these measures, the oil measures-I obtains wide-ranging hydrocarbon. Today, the water content is high in the development of the field, so the rate maintenance capability is severe. Now, in order to deploy better development program ,we urgently need to develop the technique series of reservoir characterization to resolve the interpretation of the low amplitude,great depth,microtectonics,reservoir prediction in the Tarim Basin. In this situation, the author takes the oil measure-I of Triassic in Well Field No.2 for example. Based on the need of the production, the author makes the exploratory investigation, and works out the summarization to accumulate the research and production experience.In the interpretation of the reservoir characterization, firstly seismic,geology and well logging data are used to make the fine punctuation horizon, summarize the method of the seismic reflection data, and analyze the geologic method in the seismic response. The horizon punctuation method is improved and the fine seismic interpretation obtains the compact foundation.When interpreting the structure, improving the fault identification technique and finely interpreting detailed fault, the fault is classified among the trend,broken layer system and the fault displacement, and the rift system distribution is analyzed. Using the contradiction between the well drilling and production verifying the fault dependability and the effect of the reservoir, it could be recognized that the east north south west en echelon faults are the favorable faults that having part block fault blockage. These faults need to mainly analyze in developing reservoir. At the same time, the author launches the interpretation of the microfaults and the microtectonics, finely analyzes the structural feature, and searches the favorable target considering the scientific well network.Combinating the amplitude,impedance,frequency and clustering information to analyze, the areas of the relative development reservoir or lithology alternation could be searched. Using the layer slice, analyzing the spatial distribution of the diachronous sand body deposition and counting the two thicken reservoir areas of the well field No.2 in Lunnan Oilfield, it is verified that the east of the reservoir is the richest producing area in total output. Using the seismic and well drilling performance data and adopting the time shifting seismic method, the range of the remaining oil in the Triassic oil measure-I is predicted. Considering the production performance, the remaining oil prolific zone is chose, which could offer reference for selecting the future development well point.In a word, in the fine characterization of the oil measure-I of Triassic reservoir in well field No.2 in Lunnan Oilfield, using new method and innovation technique, considering the actual production and developing fine interpretation technique, the open questions in the production are partly resolved, which makes contribution for the prospect of the Lunnan Oilfield.
