In this paper,we obtain the global asymptotic stability,the global attractivity and the global exponential stability for delayed Hopfield neural net-work models with the Lipschitzian continuous nonlinear active functions.Some sufficient conditions are developed by constructing suitable Lyaponuv function use the Dini derivative and the generalized Halanay delayed differential inequal-ity,the inequality mabm-1≤am+(m-1)bm,(a,b>0,m≥1).These results generalize ones in reference.
