The dynamic well inclination measurement means that measure the boreholes'devitation angle and azimuth while drilling.It's used in loop control of the automatic vertical drilling.The reserch of vertical drilling tools with loop control which can automatically have well straightening done is a focus in drilling industry.And the key to the focus is accurately measuring the well inclination under severe vibration and rotation.The paper points the importance of well inclination measurement in automatic vertical drilling.Introduce the current well inclination measurement researches in the world and some common inclinmeters.The formulas of devitation angle and azimuth are deduced with a biaxial gravity acceleration sensor.Analysis the influence of the vibration and rotation factors on well inclination measurement.A method is proposed theoretically that two biaxial gravity acceleration sensors are used to eliminate the effect of rotation.A model about well inclination measurement is builded with ADAMS software. The model is proved by simulation.And a method is proposed theoretically that the installation error of the biaxial gravity acceleration sensor is revised.On the basis of theoretical and modeling analysis,experimental analysis is used. The method is verifid by many tests in static and dynamic. |
