Simulation Modeling On Inventory Controlstrategy For Semi-manufacturing Good Ofcommercial Graphic Film

It is really important for enterprise to reduce operation cost by inventory control and highly efficient operation management to enhance the ability of competition and resist risks. The typical inventory control more focus on the study and practice the single layer inventory for one material and it is really mature. But there are not so much case for applying in multi-recycling material. it is difficult to apply on inventory control for multi-recycling material directly.The background of the thesis comes from multi-recycling semi manufacturing goods inventory control problem in process industry. The paper develops an optimized inventory control strategy with simulation application. It provides the model of order point and order quantity through the analysis of the theory of inventory control and comparison of inventory control strategy. The paper collects the demand historical data to analyze the data distribution. Meanwhile, it collects historical data of two layers recycle yield and simulates data distribution as well, then identifies two key variables of simulation study. Meanwhile, it provides the optimized ordering model and standardized procedure of inventory control with simulation supporting.After that, the paper introduces how to analyse and treat input data and output data for simulation modeling, runs simulation model by key variables that have been identified before, and introduces the key characteristics of commercial graphic film production process and production process of semi-mfg goods.Finally, it designs the evaluation criteria for inventory control strategy and performs two variable designs of experiments. Through the data from simulation model,the paper provides optimized inventory control strategy for enterprise by running the experiment in simulation model. This paper indicates that the simulation model and inventory control strategy is right, which proves that the evaluated method studies in this paper are valuable. The paper provides new approaches of inventory management for multi-layer semi-MFG goods. It can be referred in technology research of supply chain management.
