Complex Reservoirs are widespread in the world, and reserves are very large. So it plays a very important role in enhancing reserves and keeping output stable. However, because of being affected by many factors, such as lithology, physical property, oil content, it is difficult to build a standard for log interpretation. Therefore, developing rock physical experimental research and building explanation model could provide dependable geologic basic for formation heterogeneity and complex coring research. First, we measured the physical property of the formation and comparing with the provided results, we found that the relativity of porosity and permeability is good.Based on the notion of phase control modeling, using the method of flow unit, lithology/physical properties partition and exponent of flow were belt. The permeability model was set up and the formation was divided into four types of flow units. The same flow units have similar lithology and physical properties. Using the method of regress analysis, the calculation model of permeability was built, the result of which is accurate enough. According to the method of semipermeable partitio electricity experiment, we got the parameters a, b, m and n of the area and analyzed the parameters of three group. The NMR experiment of low magnetic field is the foundation of the quality control, processing and interpretation of data and geological application of NMR logging. During the experiment, we measured the NMR relaxation time of the low porosity and low permeability reservoir cores before and after centrifugation, and analyzed their T2 distribution characteristic. And then we calculated NMR porosity and permeability. Compared with conventional porosity and permeability, both of them are very correspondent. The selection of T2 cutoff is critical to obtain reservoir parameters. In the paper, according to the cumulative curve of T2 distribution before and after centrifugation, we got the T2 cutoff. According to the relationship of synthesis exponent of pore structure and irreducible water saturation, we set up the model of synthesis exponent of pore structure and irreducible water saturation. Compared the changes of T2 spectrum before and after water-oil displacement, we analyzed the reasons, did researches on the variational law of formation parameter before and after water-oil displacement, which have certain guiding meaning for the steps of injection and production and residual oil distribution of oilfield in the later period.According the results of mercury intrusion method, we researched on the distribution of micro-pore structure, divided the formation into four types by permeability and analyzed the irreducible water saturation of mercury intrusion. According to the result of mercury intrusion, the distribution and radius of pore, which are the dominating factors of fluid flow, are more effective than coefficient of sorting. Besides, flexure and pore radius also have effect on permeability. Coefficient of sorting has direct ratio with permeability, which means that the larger of the coefficient of sorting, the higher of the permeability.
