Recently, the existence of positive solutions of boundary value problems for singular ordinary differential equations and systems draws close attention, in which the nonlinear function is endowed with the conditions of some different kinds in much literature. And the study of boundary value problem for nonlinear ordinary differential equations has interested people for a long time and the research in this field is tilled very active. The eigenvalue and the spectral radius of linear completely continuous operators are very important and significant indexes. In chapter 2 of this thesis, by means of the topological degree theory under some conditions concerning the eigenvalues corresponding to the relevant linear operator, the existence is obtained for the multi-point boundary value problem of the (k,n-k) differential equation (-1)n-kφn(x)=h(x)f(φ(x)),0
