In the thesis, we investigated the exciton dynamics of the coupled quantum dot system driven by external AC electric field. Through theoretical and numerical analysis, we found a way to control the dynamics and optical properties of the system by modulating the amplitude of external driving field parameters. Our main work is described as follows:1. In the first chapter, we give a brief introduction to the physical and structural properties of the quantum dots, where the preparation methods and electronic properties are given.2. In the second chapter,.we studied the coherent dynamics of magnetoexcitons in semiconductor nanorings. Through the calculated temporal evolution of the excitonic dipole moment, we analyzed the spectral absorption of the system.3. In the third chapter, the exciton dynamics of two coupled Quantum-dot driven by the time-periodic field was investigated. By diagonalizing the evolution operator, we calculated the quasienergies, through which the evolution behavior and quantum entanglement of the exciton dynamics were revealed.4. The last chaper summarized the research results and prospects.
