| This thesis considers the completeness of eigenfunction systems of two classes of operator matrices in Hilbert space. Several necessary and sufficient conditions concerning about the completeness in the sense of Able for Hamilton operator are given, and a necessary and sufficient condition concerning about the completeness in Cauchy principal value for a class of non-Hamilton operator matrices for eigenfunction systems. Moreover, we present some examples to illustrate the effectiveness of results.
