Human activities cause the climate has an unnatural change. The natural and human society was great impacted. Climate change and climate change issue is different, now the discussion of international community current climate change is really the climate change issue, refers to man-made global warming and its impacts to human. Current research of climate change issue mainly focuses on scientific aspect, although the research revealed a direct part reason of the question, there are many problems. The main point to address climate change from science aspect is that it does not address the climate change issue in the value questions. The emergence of climate change is associated the human behavior, and is the non-scientific aspect of the climate change issue.Climate change resulting from modern industrial society, human behavior which caused climate change issue cross exist in socio-economic, production and life among various departments involved in all aspects related to human. From the perspective of environmental ethics, the question has a value fact in deep roots. Specifically, climate change issue arising from the anthropocentric values of industrial civilization. The disharmony between man and nature is a main question of the industrial civilization which contents an anthropocentric value. And the climate change issue is a specific performance.Non-anthropocentric value point that people's motivations and behavior of the significant impacted by value; it should lead to reflection and critical people's ethics and values, and take the necessary change in the spirit level. The refuted to anthropocentrism by Non-anthropocentrism is essentially goes to the value level of the cause of climate change issue. Non-anthropocentrism has a positive significance to solve the climate change issue.
