Along with the development of the drilling techniques and wireline logging techniques, LWD has developed to cover all the logging series, It has unmatchable advantages against the conventional wireline logging at drilling horizontal wells and complex wells. The LWD technique is still at an early stage in China and mainly by international monopoly of a few big companies. It mainly measure Gamma ray, resistivity and porosity with using the conventional logging interpretation models which create problems for the integrated reservoir evaluation.This thesis research made comparison between LWD and conventional wireline logging on measurement principal and actual data. It concludes the similarity and the difference which the Gamma ray, porosity data have good consistency with the resistivity shows a quite difference. Based on collecting all the influence factor correction chart, The thesis carried on the influence factor analysis.on the resistivity data. It applied reasonable sampling readout and programmed fitted regression equation on the correction chart. This formed a series of wellbore resistivity correction methods. Meanwhile, based on a large amounts of analysis of the actual conventional wireline data and LWD data,.The identification method of LWD main controlling factors and basic wellbore resistivity data correction principals were established. An interpretation model and associated interpretation software were set up accordingly and led to good results in practical application.
