ATP (adenosine triphosphate) played an important biological function in the life activities, which was the direct source of life. The ATP concentration is nearly universally homeostatic in the tissue cells, the dynamic process and its mechanism were significance to the organisms with steady energy supply. The macro-dynamic changes of ATP concentration had been observed by Former studies through experiments, which were important basic works to investigate various pathological and physiological phenomenons that energy metabolism-related. It was required further analysis to the dynamic process of ATP concentration and its mechanism at the cellular level, further more, to elucidate its relationship with body's physiological and metabolic state. Based on those situations, this paper paid more attentions on those research topics, and focused on the ATP/ADP transporter ANT (adenine nucleotide translocator), which existed in the mitochondrial inner membrane, based on the working model of energy transporter, to explore the dynamic process of ATP concentration and its mechanism. The ANT catalyzed the import of cytosolic ADP and the export of matrix ATP, and connected to the cellular energy metabolism. The paper concerned about this transfer process, the dynamic changes of intracellular ATP was explored from the view of energy generation and transportation by using system engineering method. The metabolic dynamic process of active ANT was described by using birth and death process model, and also did the simulation experiment of active ANT number changing process which existed in the mitochondrial, the simulation system and experimental results were analyzed. Moreover, the regulation mechanisms of the dynamic process were discussed. Finally, tried to apply this theory in explaining physiological and pathological phenomenons, and also discussed the healthy issue related to the intracellular ATP dynamic changing process In this paper, more attentions were paid on the modeling and quantitative description of the dynamic process of intracellular ATP, established dynamic process model of the intracellular ATP and simulation system, in addition, putted the model into application, attempted to explain the changing rules of intracellular ATP, as a way to clarify the dynamic changing mechanisms about energy metabolism of tissues. On the one hand, some reasonable explanations can be provided by using the ANT metabolic model. On the other hand, it also can be facilitate to analyze physiological and pathological phenomenons by elucidated the ATP metabolism process, and even to provide theoretical supports to maintain health status of ATP.
