The computer technology is pushing the geographic information system and geographic information services to develop at a rapid speed. With the geographic information web services (GWS, Geo-spatial Web Service) technology continuing to evolve and become increasingly mature, spatial data and spatial data processing functions can be appeared in the form of GWS publishing on the Internet. How to manage the heterogeneous distribution of various GWS reasonable and effectively use of geographic information services based on Web services technology have become the new demands. Therefore, geographic information services aggregation technology have become a research interest in the field of geographic information. Based on the existed aggregation work, faced on the application of geographic information service management and aggregation, this paper made study on the description, management, aggregation, driving of services. This article first analysis of the current geographic information services aggregation research and development domestic and international detailed, then with the ontology application in Geographic information field continually deeper and mature, pushed description method of geographic information services based on ontology; do study on a geographic information usability evaluation method of service, a evaluation model based on the quality of geographic information service is proposed; reference to the research results in the field of traditional Web Service Composition, proposed the geographical information service aggregation model based on compensation service chain, and do study on geographic information Service Aggregation implementation of monitoring, operation management and compensation mechanism of key technologies based on compensation service chain; Finally, some related technology experiments on e-government applications is done to verify the feasibility and value of this paper.
