The raticle is based on the sea ice images of China's third arctic expedition,using image processing technology,extractes parameter data and do detailed analysis.The investigation and scientific research get the support of the Youth Programs-ice drag coefficient of parametric laboratory studies(40806075).This work also provides the research and investigation later a foundation.And it get the support of Nation Natural Science Funds-the relationship between the arctic sea ice rapid changes and the weather and climate again(40930848).The introduction of this article elaborates the importance of the arctic,the relationship of sea ice and global climate and the harm caused by rising sea levels,also elaborates the polar region which has disasteres frequently and it'saffects to people's normal life.Countries pay more attention to the research of the arctic,China also has three arctic expeditions,and this is the most cost,largest scientific research in the history.Finally it tells the story of the sea researches in recent years.The second chapter explains the methodes of obtaining sea ice images.The article mainly aims at the remote sensing images and the CCD images of China's third arctic expedition.lt discourses the sea ice technology of obtaining parameter extraction,meaning using global threshold segmentation method to handle the clear images and using local threshold segmentation method to handle the fuzzy images.It can transform the original images into binary images with white sea ice and black sea water,then can get the white sea ice's parameter data according to certain rules.In the arctic expedition,there are more than 2000 melting pond images in the total more than 9000 iamges.It's a high proportion,can't be ignored.And the melting pond have great influence for the sea ice meilting.When dealing with the melting pond images,the article use the similar colour segmentation principle,and transform the original images into the images containing white sea ice,red sea water and biue melting pond. So in the containing three pixels image,according to certain rules,it can get the characteristic parameters of meiting pond.The third chapter tell the sea ice condition roughly and the sailing route in China's third arctic expedition.Then using the handling sea ice technology of the previous chapter extract the sea ice thickness and extract concentration parameters, and analysis sthe results.The four chapter specially introduces melting pond.Using the handling melt pond technology above,we can get a series of melt pond parameter data.And do detailed analysis about the melting pond parameter data with latitude.In addition,the author thingk this method can apply in the river ice.If it can be improve,its application is extensive.
